All sales are final.

jjaded does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or unwanted items. Customers should carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before ordering.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. If the claim is approved, jjaded may provide a replacement or refund.

Orders may be canceled only before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

This policy does not exclude refunds, replacements, cancellations, or other remedies required by applicable law, including remedies for orders that jjaded cannot fulfill.
